The COMHA accepts registrations by mail, download the registration form from this page. Send it to the following address :

registraire/trésorière 676 principale Val-Des-Monts, Québec J8N 4E2. Download the Form No cheque will be deposit before July 1st Register your child as soon as possible, that will help us deciding how many teams and coaches will be required next year.
